Inmobiliaria Park Rose Iberoamericana SOCIMI, S.A., is a Public Limited Company of Investment in the Real Estate Market (SOCIMI). The purpose of the Company is the acquisition and promotion of real estate of an urban nature for lease through the ownership of assets directly, through companies with this purpose, with the holding of shares in the capital of other entities, resident or not in the spanish territory, or through collective investment vehicles.

Inmobiliaria Park Rose Iberoamericana SOCIMI, SA, has as an investment policy the purchase of real estate of an urban nature for lease in consolidated markets in the real estate industry (to date the investment is present in Spain, USA and soon in new markets, allowing weight and diversify risks and profitability).

Inmobiliaria Park Rose Iberoamericana SOCIMI, SA, directly or indirectly, through its subsidiary, has acquired commercial properties and office buildings in high commercial importance in the main cities of Spain (Madrid and Barcelona) and the United States (Miami and Orlando) at an attractive time in the purchase cycle, renting through lease flows as well as real estate gains as a result of the recovery of the real estate market.

The Company has a board of directors, with the experience of outstanding professionals in the activity itself, in the evaluation of investment, in management control and supervision.

In order to carry out its daily activity, Park Rose Iberoamericana Inmobiliaria SOCIMI, SA, has implemented a management model for the management of the assets and the operation of the company, outsourcing it through a contract with a real estate agent, allowing this to optimize the cost structure and corporate efficiency with the object of increasing the result and dividends for its shareholders.

The assets are located in the main commercial and consolidated areas of Spain, in Madrid and Barcelona in areas with high economic and real estate growth power and in the United States in Miami and Orlando in areas developed in the real estate industry.
